AREN'T THE MARTIAL ARTS ONLY ABOUT BEING ABLE TO FIGHT?

Learning to defend yourself against a physical assault is certainly something you’ll accomplish, but we’ve discovered that the true value of martial arts is much more meaningful.
The martial arts are based on essential life principles and philosophy that enrich a practitioner’s lifestyle. Training brings the discipline and willpower for students need to achieve high levels of production in every aspect of their lives.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE TRAINING USUALLY REQUIRE?
We know how busy your life is, so our classes are designed for the busy person! Students can make exciting progress by attending classes an average of twice a week.
Some students will want to attend more classes, and that’s great- we have options for that!

Each student’s progress isn’t measured against other students, but rather against their own previous performance!
So even students that aren’t as physically fit as the star quarterback on the football team, can have a wonderful experience in our program, and become stronger, fitter and more flexible.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS PROGRAM IS A GOOD FIT FOR ME?

We have some great trials, so you can try our Dojo with no strings attached, and see with your own 2 eyes how the program will benefit you or your whole family.

The great thing about our Dojo is, everyone is treated as an individual.
We have students as young as 3 or 4 and as old as 94.
